So, last week-end JD and I were in Catania, Sicily to celebrate my birthday. A beautiful city at the foot of mount Etna, the world most active volcano right now. During our time there, we ate some good food, drank some good wine, and heard a lot of Italian, which, according to JD, sounds like Portuguese... NONSENSE :).

I went in Iceland last month and stayed in Reykjavík for a week. The idea was to disconnected and recharge but also check out a bit of the country, see if it’s as beautiful as some might say and mainly decide if I would go back for a longer road trip.

We love sharing what we love. That's what 6/ TWENTY THIRD is all about. This blog is a way for us to express ourselves and create conversations about things we enjoy from fashion to photography, visual arts to films, music to theatre.
The concept was birthed in May of 2016. Catching up in one of our favorite café in Paris, we talked about the idea of sharing our everyday discoveries and coup de cœur. We kind of left the idea aside for a while not knowing where to start and where it would actually take us. But starting a blog was really in our minds and during a city break to Lyon in the South of France in July, we decided that we would launch it before the end of the year. We spent the summer thinking and planning about it.
